We all need to improvise

One Powerful Lesson Nursing School Taught Me: How to Improvise Yes, how to improvise, and it’s a skill I’ll never take for granted. So, what does it really mean to improvise? To improvise means to create, solve, or act using whatever is available—especially when things don’t go as planned. It’s the ability to keep moving forward, even when the path looks uncertain. Access and Cost: Therapy and support aren’t always affordable or available. Some people...
